1. Enrollment & Registration
Admission is subject to the eligibility criteria and selection process of the academy.

Use of drugs, alcohol, or performance-enhancing substances is strictly prohibited.
4. Training & Safety
Students must follow all training schedules, safety guidelines, and instructions given by the academy staff.
Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to participation.
The academy is not responsible for injuries caused due to negligence, non-compliance with safety rules, or pre-existing health conditions.
5. Facilities & Equipment
All equipment and facilities provided by the academy must be used responsibly.
Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse may be charged to the student/parent.
The academy may update, modify, or restrict access to certain facilities as necessary.
6. Intellectual Property
All training materials, curriculum, logos, images, videos, and content shared by the academy remain the intellectual property of Sacon Group.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of academy materials is strictly prohibited.
7. Media & Promotion
The academy may capture photographs, videos, and testimonials of students during training sessions and events.
Such media may be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes unless parents/guardians explicitly opt out in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
While the academy takes all reasonable precautions for student safety, participation in sports and physical activities carries inherent risks.
The academy will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
9. Termination of Enrollment
The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment if:
A student or parent violates these Terms & Conditions.
Fees remain unpaid despite reminders.
A student engages in conduct detrimental to the academy’s reputation or safety.
10. Website Usage
By accessing our website, you agree not to misuse its content or disrupt its services.
Unauthorized copying, hacking, or distribution of website material is prohibited.
